Situation: Nokia wanted to increase the user relationship of the Trends Sections. In additionm, wanted to know the events participants interest that are realized for this public.
Request: A private Nokia Trends community was created (social network) from the online promotion actions like Virtual Marketing adn Drawings.
Results: Allowed Nokia to increase from 300 to 3,000 members of the community. Increased ¨opinion-makers¨30% and determined the prefered entertainment timpe of the PQ.
